Here i merged two faces together to create a different look and made sure it looked natural by editing it on photoshop and making sure there were no harsh edges.
For this project, we had to take a picture off of a reflective surface and coincidentally, it was christmas time and ornaments were hanging around everywhere. I like this picture because of the multiple reflective surfaces and that makes it more unique.
The point of this assignment was to capture a silhouette against a bright light. I used rule of thirds to determine the composition of the trees and I believe my work was successful.
1. I definitely love the idea of a paw popping out and the notion of the the G3'S.
2. If I could change or do anything differently, and have more time, I'd change the color of the T-Shirt itself, and choose a more fitting color, such as cardinal or black, to make it stand out more. 3. What I learned about quick deadlines is teamwork. Working with your team mates and not being scared to depend on people definitely made our project easier to complete. 4. I like working on Adobe Illustrator due to the high resolution of images and it being easier to copy and paste images. I prefer working on Adobe Photoshop because there is a larger variety of tools that I'm familiar with. Erik Johansson created an illusion using photoshop; he altered the image but kept it somewhat realistic. A second glance would be guaranteed because you wouldn't notice the illusion on first glance. This image would've been put together using an image of the field and an image of a snowy landscape. It was photoshopped to look realistic but then you see the lady with the huge sewing needle, creating an illusion of playfulness. Theres also a contrast going on between the two landscapes (cool and warm colors). The rule of thirds are also used to position the trees in the background as they bring attention to the weather difference.
I used the rule of thirds to determine the composition of this picture. The main, bigger tree, is positioned towards the left side, and leads up to the centre-top of this photo. Positioning the objects in the picture in these specific places causes the viewers eyes to be directed towards the point of interest. The trees, and layout of the city, are completely black in order to create a contrast between them, and make the background stand out and more exciting compared to the dull, black color.
Frans Lanting used the rule of thirds to determine the composition of this picture. The focal point of this photograph, the lizard, was placed towards the bottom-mid left corner. If the lines were to be seen, the lizards head would've been positioned on, or close to, the intersections/power points; this is used to bring attention to the viewers eye. The picture was also taken at this angle and composition to include the background. The background is blurred out slightly to bring more attention to the foreground and it's vibrant colors and contrast is used to make the brown/gold stand out against the dark blue background.
